Connect Heyflow with Monday.com

Learn how to track Heyflow’s responses as deals in Monday.com. Follow up on new leads quickly and manage your sales pipeline more efficiently.

Monday.com is a one of the most popular Sales CRM tools, automating sales processes and optimizing pipeline management. Connect Heyflow with Monday.com to map your funnel fields to Monday.com properties and track incoming Heyflow responses as deals.

With Heyflow's native Monday.com integration, you can:

Important to note

❗ All data that you want to map needs to have a System Label set (alternatively, the field needs to be set as a variable)

❗ The information from your heyflow will overwrite existing Monday data (in case a lead or contact already exists with the same email address).​


Setup

Connecting your account

  1. Within your heyflow, go to “Connect” and then to the tab “Response Handlers”

  2. Go to Monday.com under CRM & Lead Management and click on “Add account”. A pop-up window will appear and ask you to provide your credentials.

  3. Give your integration a name. This helps you to identify the account if you use multiple accounts.

  4. Insert the API Token from your Monday.com account and click on Add account.

🔎 Where to find your API key in Monday.com?

Follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your monday.com account.

  2. Click on your profile at the top right corner.

  3. Select "Developers" to access the developer tools.

  4. In the developers section, select “API Token”.

  5. Make sure to click on "show" to view the token and then on “copy” to copy it to your clipboard.


Choosing the board

In the Monday integration tab, choose your Monday.com board from the list.

❗ It's only possible to send the data to one of your boards, not multiple.


​Mapping data fields

  1. Choose a Heyflow field and map it to the corresponding field in your integration. You can select from:

    • built-in fields like Heyflow ID, Response ID, Referrer, URL (with parameters), or A/B test ID and version;

    • a static text input to send fixed values (e.g. an identifier that will only be sent to the integration);

    • or any input field from your flow.

  2. Repeat this process for all relevant fields and click on "Connect" or “Save changes” afterward.

  3. And that’s it, you will now receive your responses within Monday.com in your selected board!

🔎 You can only forward individual file uploads, as each upload generates a single link. If you need to collect multiple files, you can add multiple Upload blocks to your flow. Learn more about Uploads here.


How to manage your Monday.com integration

In your Heyflow account settings under "Integrations", you can manage your connected Monday.com account. You can also see in which flows the integration is currently active.

Reconnect or review your Monday.com integration

  1. Click on the Monday.com integration to open its settings.

  2. If your OAuth connection has expired or you changed your sign-in method, click "Reconnect" to re-authenticate with one click.

How to remove Monday.com

There are two ways to remove Monday.com from Heyflow, depending on what you want to do.

  • Remove Monday.com from a single flow

    Open your flow and go to the Monday.com integration settings. Click "Pause" to temporarily stop sending data, or "Delete" to remove the integration from that flow entirely.

  • Disconnect your Monday.com account from Heyflow

    Go to your Heyflow account settings under "Integrations". Click "Manage Accounts", then "Remove account".

❗ If you remove your Monday.com account, all Monday.com integrations are removed from your flows. No data will be sent to Monday.com until you reconnect.


URL Parameter Tracking

If you want to pass URL/UTM parameters from your flow to Monday.com, you need to set up a hidden input field to capture the data. Once set up, you can map these input fields to corresponding fields in your response handler of choice.

The UTM parameters will then be automatically passed along with each response—without your visitors noticing. 🚀


Troubleshooting

If something goes wrong with your integration, an automatic email notification will be sent. The message includes the flow ID, response ID and a description of the error returned by your integration.
