A/B testing is a powerful tool for optimizing your flow’s performance, and Heyflow equips you with all the analytics you need to make data-driven decisions.
Whether you're running an active test or reviewing past results, you have two dedicated places to access your data: the Analytics Dashboard for aggregated flow analytics, and the A/B Tests page for test-specific results — past and present.

Analytics Overview
When running an A/B test, you can monitor its performance in real time through Heyflow’s Analytics Dashboard. This tool provides key insights, including:
Conversion Rate: Measure how effectively your flow turns visitors into leads.
Drop-off Rates: Identify where users are exiting and uncover opportunities for improvement on every page.
Time to Complete: Understand how quickly users interact with your flow to assess their engagement levels.
By leveraging this data, you can track the progress of your A/B test, make informed decisions, and confidently determine which is the best-performing variant.
💡 The Analytics Dashboard always shows aggregated data for your entire flow — starting or running an A/B test does not affect what you see here.

A/B Tests page
The A/B Tests page is the dedicated home for all your test analytics. You can access it at any time from the Results sidebar — whether a test is actively running or not.
From here you can:
View real-time analytics for your active test
Switch between past tests using the dropdown selector
Access results from any test run in the last 3 months (subject to plan limits)
💡 When you navigate to Results and a test is active, you'll be taken directly to the A/B Tests page. Otherwise, the Analytics Dashboard is the default.
Previous A/B test data
You can access results from past tests in two ways:
Via the A/B Tests page: Use the dropdown selector to switch between your active test and any previous test from the last 3 months.
Via the Analytics Dashboard: Previous A/B tests are displayed on the analytics timeline. Key details, such as conversion rates for test variants, are highlighted directly on the timeline. Clicking on the graph opens the detailed results view for deeper insights.

Clearing A/B test data
Clearing A/B test data is a useful feature that lets you reset your A/B test without impacting the analytics data collected before the test was created. This ensures you can start fresh while keeping your earlier data unchanged.
To clear the A/B test data:
Navigate to your Analytics Dashboard.
Locate the Clear A/B Test Data button in the top-right corner.
Click the button to remove all current test data and reset the A/B test.
❗ Important: This action only affects the data associated with the ongoing A/B test. Analytics data collected prior to the test will remain intact.
