New features and big updates

  • Advanced Conditional Logic: With Advanced Conditional Navigation (Rules), you can send each visitor to the most relevant page, question, or outcome based on their answers and selections. Instead of building multiple versions of the same funnel, you can design a single, dynamic experience that adapts in real time.

  • One-Time-Password (SMS): This new validation feature of our Phone Block automatically verifies phone numbers by sending an SMS with a code that visitors can enter in your funnel. This way, you can easily improve the accuracy and validity of contact information and increase lead quality.

  • New Native Advertisement integrations: For native advertisers on Taboola or Outbrain, accurate measurement is key to optimizing campaigns and driving performance. With the server-to-server (S2S) API, you can reliably track customer behavior without relying on browser-based tracking.

  • New Microsoft Ads integration: The Microsoft Ads integration enables you to send conversion data from Heyflow directly to your Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) account. With Universal Event Tracking (UET), you can measure key user interactions, optimize your campaigns with real-time insights, and enhance targeting accuracy across the Microsoft Advertising network.

Smaller changes that will improve your Heyflow experience

  • New payment options for Stripe: Add Google Pay and Apple Pay to automatically appear for mobile visitors who have either Apple Pay or Google Pay set up on their devices.

  • Device Filtering: In the analytics dashboard, users can filter their analytics data by device types: mobile, desktop, tablet.
    ​

  • IP-Address Capturing: We added a new flow level setting to capture flow visitor IP addresses when storing a response.
