🌟 Release Highlights

New features and big updates

  • New Flow List View
Your flow home screen got a major upgrade. The default view is now a table that shows all your flows and folders at a glance, including live performance data like views, submits, conversion rate, and CR development over the last 7 days. You can filter by ownership or status (published/draft) and sort by criteria like last changed, last response, or number of optimization suggestions. It's designed to give high-volume users a faster, cleaner cockpit for managing their funnel portfolio.

  • Organizations & Workspaces – now available to all
Organizations and Workspaces have completed their full rollout and are now available to all users. Organizations give teams a shared space to build, manage, and collaborate on flows, with role-based permissions that control who can access what. Admins can assign user roles at the organization level and set individual response access per team member. Whether you're an agency managing multiple clients or a team building across departments, Organizations give you the structure to do it at scale.

  • A/B Testing now has a dedicated page
A/B test results have moved out of the Analytics Dashboard and into their own permanent home in the Results sidebar. You can now access the A/B Tests page at any time, even while a test is running, and switch between your active test and past tests using a dropdown selector. The Analytics Dashboard always shows aggregated data, completely unaffected by whether a test is active. This removes the three main pain points of the old setup: analytics lockout during tests, no aggregated view while a test runs, and losing access to previous test results when a new one starts.

⭐ Available in the following plans: Scale, Legacy: Business, Legacy: Agency

  • AI-generated blocks – now available on all plans

You've always been able to build powerful funnels in Heyflow. Now you can vibe code anything inside them with AI-generated blocks. Add testimonials, charts, countdown timers and much more directly inside Heyflow with just a prompt. Then just edit the content directly in the flow editor.

🔥 Currently in Beta

  • AI Funnel Creation
Tell Heyflow's AI exactly what kind of funnel you want to build. It sets up a complete structure for you, then you refine it step by step through prompts until it's exactly right. The AI is trained on over $2 billion in ad spend and on industry-specific best practices, so the starting point isn't generic. It's built to convert. This is the most complete AI-assisted flow building experience Heyflow has released to date.

📈 Other improvements

Smaller changes that will improve your Heyflow experience

  • Email integrations: date and time variables
You can now include the submission's created date and time as variables in your email integration settings. Both a raw timestamp and a human-readable format are available, making it easier to reference when a response was submitted directly in your email output.

  • Viewers can now download uploaded files in responses
Users with viewer access and response permissions can now download files that were submitted via Upload Blocks. No more needing full editor access just to retrieve a file from a response.

  • Improved exit and drop-off tracking in analytics
How exit points and drop-offs are calculated in the Analytics section has been reworked for better accuracy. Tooltips in the analytics view now also clarify how exit calculations are displayed, so the data is easier to interpret.

  • Improved folder navigation in the flow list
Folder organization and navigation in the flow list have been improved for easier management. This pairs well with the new table view to give you a cleaner, more structured overview of all your flows.

  • Redesigned QR code section in sharing settings
The QR code section in your flow's sharing settings has been redesigned for easier access and use. You can now find and download your QR code more quickly without having to dig through settings.
