Our AI Optimizations feature leverages experience from over 100,000 funnels to provide clear, actionable steps, so you can enhance performance and increase conversions.
How to use Flow Optimizations
💡 We will automatically generate insights once a day for flows that are published.
Select your flow
Open the flow in Heyflow that you want to analyze.
Open Optimizations
In the Build section on the left, click the light bulb icon to access Optimizations.
Start the review
The Optimizations panel opens on the right. Click “Start Review” to analyze your flow’s structure and content.
View results
Once the review is complete, you’ll get an overview of all optimizations found in your funnel.You’ll also receive the review via email.
Click “Show Details” to see:
Why an optimization matters
Where it was detected in your flow (which page and block)
A list of suggestions for improvement, including many best-practice tips
Update your funnel
Adjust your funnel according to the optimization and publish your changes to start seeing improvements in your funnel’s performance.
💡 Tip: If you don’t want to receive daily optimization analysis emails, you can turn them off in your account settings: Go to Account Settings → General → Flow settings and toggle off “Optimize Analysis Email”.
