❗ Pages is currently in beta. Features and limits may still change.
Pages is an AI-first builder for standalone pages, such as landing pages, advertorials, and product detail pages (PDPs). You describe the page you want, and Pages builds it for you in HTML. It's the fastest way to create a visually rich page in Heyflow, and it's built to work hand in hand with your flows: build a page in Pages, then embed a flow inside it or send visitors on to a flow to capture their data.
🔎 Pages doesn't have its own quota. Building and editing a page uses AI credits, which are limited by your plan.
Pages vs. Flows: when to use which
Pages and Flows do different jobs. Use the right one for the task.
Use a Page for static, content-led experiences, such as a landing page, an advertorial, or a PDP. Pages are great when the goal is to inform, persuade, and drive a click.
Use a Flow when you need to collect input or run logic: forms, funnels, surveys, calculators, conditional paths, and submissions.
The two work best together. Build your page in Pages to make a strong first impression, then hand visitors over to a Flow to capture their data, either by embedding the flow in the page or redirecting to it.
Page types
Page building works particularly well for the following page types. They all use the same builder; the difference is intent.
Landing pages
A focused marketing page built around one offer or campaign. Use it to introduce a product or service and drive visitors to a single action, usually a linked or embedded flow.
Pre-sell pages
A page that sits between your ad and your offer and warms visitors up before they reach it, for example a problem/solution page.
Advertorials
An editorial-style, article-like page that reads like content rather than an ad. Common for paid and native-ad traffic where you want to warm up the reader first.
Listicles
A list-style article, such as "5 reasons to switch to…", that walks readers through key points before sending them to your offer or flow.
Product detail pages (PDPs)
A page focused on a single product: imagery, description, benefits, social proof, and a call to action.
❗ PDPs in Pages aren't connected to a store, so visitors can't buy directly on the page. Point your call-to-action buttons to your own checkout instead.
Creating a page
Open "Pages" from the left-hand menu of your dashboard to see all your pages. You can sort them by recently modified or date created. To start a new one, click "Create a page" in the top right. You'll get two options: "Start from scratch" or "Import HTML or zip file".
💡 Tip: Set up your Brand Hub first. Before you build, create a brand profile in Brand Hub. It analyzes your brand in a few minutes. When you build a page, you can then ask the AI to use your brand, so your page looks on-brand from the first draft.
Build from a prompt
Choose "Start from scratch" to build with the AI chat. Describe the page you want and ask the AI to use your brand. It shows your saved brands from Brand Hub so you can pick one. Keep prompting to refine the result.
Import HTML or a ZIP
Built something in Claude Design? Choose "Import HTML or zip file" to bring it in. Import is optimized for Claude Design, but other HTML files work too. Download the HTML or the ZIP from Claude, then upload it into Pages and continue editing.
❗ You can only import single pages, like landing pages, advertorials, and PDPs. Apps and multi-page websites aren't supported, and some files may not import cleanly. If an import doesn't come through as expected, rebuild the page from a prompt instead.
Build with your AI assistant via MCP
You can also work on pages from your own AI assistant, such as Claude, through the Heyflow MCP server. Once your assistant is connected to Heyflow, ask it to create, edit, or publish a page, just as you would in the AI chat. All Pages features are available via MCP.
🔎 To set up the connection, see Connect Heyflow to your AI assistant via MCP.
Editing a page
You can edit a page in two ways, and you can mix them freely.
Edit with the AI chat
Describe the change you want in the AI chat and Pages applies it. You can also leave comments and annotations directly on the page to guide the edits.
Inline editing
Make quick changes directly on the page:
Edit text inline.
Swap images, logos, and fonts.
Change where buttons and links point.
Drag elements to rearrange them.
Switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views to check each layout.
Integrating a page
A page on its own is static. Connect it to a flow to capture data, or send visitors to any other URL, then publish it to your domain.
Embed a flow
To embed a flow, ask the AI chat to add it to your page. The AI asks which flow you want to embed and whether to show it inline or as a pop-up. You can adjust any further styling through the AI chat too. The embedded flow runs inside the page, so any UTM and URL parameters on the page are passed into the flow automatically.
❗ The flow must be published before you can embed it.
Redirect to a flow or any URL
You can point any button or link on your page at any URL, for example a flow, your shop, or another website. Ask the AI chat to set the link, or change it inline. When you redirect to a flow, any UTM and URL parameters on the page are passed through automatically, just like with an embedded flow.
🔎 To learn how your flow handles URL parameters once visitors arrive, see URL/UTM Parameter Tracking.
Publish and connect a domain
When your page is ready, click "Publish" in the top right. Publishing works the same way as it does for flows.
To host the page on your own domain, open the "Connect" tab, go to "Domains", and click "Add domain". The process is identical to connecting a domain for a flow.
🔎 See Connect your own domain in Heyflow for the full step-by-step.
Tracking and cookie consent
Tracking and consent live in the "Connect" tab.
Cookie consent
"Cookie Consent" lets you add Heyflow Cookie Consent, a free cookie consent manager that helps you comply with GDPR and the EU Cookie Law. See Cookie Consent: Intro for details.
Tracking
"Tracking" connects your analytics and ad tools. You can use:
🔎 The setup articles linked above are written for flows. Connecting a tool to a page follows the same principle.
Analyzing a page
Open the "Analytics" tab to see how your page performs. Use the data to study how visitors behave on your page and find what to improve, so you can optimize it over time.
Analytics
The "Analytics" view shows your page's visits, clicks, and engagement rate. Filter by date range, device, and UTM parameter.
❗ Analytics only counts your live, published page. Previews and drafts in the builder aren't tracked. Publish the page to start seeing data.
Heatmap
The "Heatmap" view shows how visitors interact with your page. Switch between clicks and scroll to see where people click and how far down they scroll. You can filter by device, time period, and page version. Use it to check which sections get attention and whether visitors reach your call to action.
