Your Flow Dashboard: List View

The list view gives you a performance overview of all your flows in one place. Instead of browsing thumbnails, you see key metrics — visits, submissions, conversion rate, and optimization suggestions — all in a structured table.

⭐ Available in the following bundle: Core Bundle (incl. in all plans)

⭐ Available on the following plans: Basic, Pro, Agency, Business

With the list view, you can:

  1. Get a performance snapshot at a glance
See visits, submissions, conversion rate, and pending optimization suggestions for every flow — without opening a single one.

  2. Find the right flow faster
Filter by ownership or publish status, and sort by activity, performance, or optimization potential.

  3. Take action directly from the dashboard
Open a flow's Responses, Analytics, or Settings, or duplicate and delete — all from the three-dot menu in each row.

Filtering and Sorting Your Flows

Three dropdowns at the top of the list let you control what you see — useful when you're managing a large number of flows.

  • Use "Show" to filter by ownership: "All", "Owned", or "Shared".

  • Use "Status" to filter by publish state: "All", "Published", or "Draft".

  • Use "Sort by" to reorder your flows: "Recently modified", "Date created", "Last submit", "Number of optimizations", or "Most visited". All sorting is descending.

Understanding the Columns

Title
Shows the flow name, flow ID, and a thumbnail preview. The flow ID can be copied directly from this column.

Status
Shows whether the flow is "Published" or "Draft".

Optimizations
Shows the number of AI-generated improvement suggestions for the flow. Keeping an eye on this column lets you spot and act on optimization opportunities without opening each flow individually. Click the number to open the flow and review the suggestions in the builder.

💡 If no optimizations exist yet, hover over the flow row to reveal the "Analyze flow for optimizations" button. Clicking it opens the flow so you can trigger a new analysis.

Visits
Shows a sparkline graph of visits over the last 7 days. Hover over the graph to see the visit count for each individual day — handy for spotting traffic drops or spikes across your flows at a glance.

Submits
Shows the total number of submissions over the last 365 days, plus a sparkline graph for the last 7 days. Hover over the graph to see the submission count per day.

Conversion Rate
Shows the conversion rate over the last 365 days. The trend indicator compares the last 7 days to the previous 7 days, so you can see at a glance whether performance is improving or declining.

❗ The Submits and Conversion Rate numbers reflect the last 365 days. The sparkline graphs and trend indicator reflect the last 7 days only.

Flow Actions

Click the "..." at the end of any row to access quick actions for that flow:

  • Responses — opens the flow directly in the Responses view

  • Analytics — opens the flow directly in Analytics

  • Settings — opens the flow directly in Settings

  • Duplicate — creates a copy of the flow

Delete — permanently deletes the flow

❗ Deleting a flow cannot be undone.
